THE ATMOSPHERE
WHICH TEAM?
You don't need prior experience bartending, we will teach you but we do expect an openminded attitude and a happy festival smile.
Among the festival guests we are known for an extraordinary Atmosphere. Every year it takes a team of builders14 days to build our bars from scratch.
9 bars serving everything from mojitos and daiquiris to chili tequila shots. You work 24 or 32 depending on the bar you choose.
WHAT WILL I DO?
Most of our teams work in bars, as a bartender you will be spending your time on 3 thigns:
(1) Serving our guests and making sure the atmosphere around the bar is awesome, (2) preparing the fresh vegetables and spirits we use in our drinks and (3) participating in making the drinks backstage (blending, mording, squeezing).
